We are pleased to invite you to participate in our 2nd SICAF International Digital Cartoon Competition 2007 of which awarding prizes will be made on coming May 27 at the closing ceremony of SICAF 2007(the 11th edition of the Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival).
Following success of its first Digital Cartoon Competition held in 2006 in Korea, this is the 2nd competition of its kind organized by SICAF in 2007 and the first as international level, aiming contributions to the promotion of this genre in terms of its technical base as well as its creative and artistic aspects.
