Cardigan Comics Manifesto

Australian comics are fiercely local reworkings of an international form.

They terrify the natives and befuddle overseas observers.

Magic, Junkyard, Gallery?

From the Pox Girls:

Pox 6 is about 80% complete with very little doubt about the contents. The centrepiece is Carol’s parody of the seventies National Lampoon. Susan contributes the first installment of The Magic Junkyard, and the current Stultifying Story will reach its surprising conclusion.
The possibility of a gallery show looms for 2005. (Not until after Pox 6, though.)
