Vibewire’s is putting on an e-festival (an online festival) and they want to promote a section of the festival on comics. It’s open to any age group, country, sex, religion etc. The only requirement is that you’re interested in reading and or making comics and you’d like to contribute your thoughts and ideas to forums and discussions.
